REVERSE SENSORS
CHAMYEAR YD (12V) SERIES

The CHAMYEAR 'YD' (12V) SERIES is available in either two or three sensor systems, in two models:

1. 21mm dia insert type - fitted into the bumper bar
2. 25mm stick-on attached type.

The insert model utilises asymmetrical technology providing a horizontal angle of 130 degrees and 50 degrees vertically, whereas the attached model utilises conical tecnology providing an angle of 45 degrees both horizontally and vertically.

The system is activated when the reverse gear is engaged and operational readiness is indicated by a two beep audible signal. Thereafter the frequency of the audible beep is determined by the distance between the vehicle and the detected object, as illustrated below:
